Check-In is at 3pm and Check-Out is at 11am. Woodstock Way provides 24 hour front desk services and daily housekeeping.

This request can only be granted on a per-situation basis. If a late check-out can be accommodated there will be a $50 fee added to the filled bill.

Rates are not adjusted for late arrival or early departure. You will be charged for the full reserved time period even if you decide to shorten your stay.

Woodstock Way Hotel (Suites, Nooks & Hotel Residences) charges the following taxes and fees:

• New York State Sales Tax 8%
• Ulster County Room Tax 4%

A Resort Fee of $39.00 is added to each room night and is added to the Daily Rate listed. Resort fees are not assessed for complimentary room nights. Amenities included are:

• Complimentary coffee / tea service throughout the day - with service at Waterfall Terrace
• Complimentary snack service afternoons from 3-5pm in The Tannery
• Smore supplies at Dusk available at The Tannery

River Residences charges the following taxes and fees:

Kingston Carriage House charges the following taxes and fees:

Well-behaved children of all ages are welcomed. Children aged 12 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adult(s). An extra charge will be applied. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

Our hotel, while in the heart of Woodstock, is located within the Catskill Mountains. Please be aware of the wildlife on the property. No animals should be fed or approached. Please make sure that all registered pets are always on a leash when outside of the room.

All vehicle(s) have their own private parking space. One per room reservation and must be listed on the registration at check-in. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Woodstock Way Hotel shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. If a vehicle is left in the hotel parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs on hotel premises. Extra charges apply.

Incidentals purchased after check-in (including in-room beverages), will be charged upon check-out.

10pm. to 9am. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectfully low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly.

No visitors after 10pm. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities including continental breakfast, or Wi-Fi. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.

All unreturned keys will be assessed a $35.00 dollar charge.

Check-out is 11am. To request a late check-out please contact the front desk. If we can accommodate the request there will be a $50 fee added to the final invoice.

Woodstock Way Hotel is a 100% Smoke-Free hotel. For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odor which is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff, and that is difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility.

Guests are encouraged to notify Front Desk staff immediately if they smell cigarette, or any other objectionable odors. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others. A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the building. If the presence or smell of smoke is detected in the vacated room, you will be assessed a $250.00 dollar cleaning fee.

Woodstock Way Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.

Woodstock Way Hotel  is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days.

We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by B-Post. Sorry, no UPS or FED EX deliveries. Your credit card will be charged packaging and postage, plus a 25% handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Woodstock Way Hotel is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Postal Service.

Your four-legged friends are welcome in many of the rooms on our property. If you’d like to bring your pet with you, a nightly rate of $50 per pet will be added to the room charge. Upon check-out, our housekeeping team will inspect the room. If damage from the pet is discover, a minimum charge of $250 will be assessed to the guest’s credit card. If the damage is discovered to be a larger amount then $250 the guest will be notified via email or phone and the estimated price of fixing the damage will be charged to the guest credit card that is on file. If any pets are discovered in rooms that are not specified as pet-friendly rooms, there will be a charge of $250 assessed to the room. Your furry friend will need to leave the property unless another pet-friendly room can be assigned. All pets need to be on a leash when outside of the room and on property. PETS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED FOR MORE THAN ONE HOUR.

Woodstock Way Hotel enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 10pm. If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 10pm your stay will be considered a party. You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund.

To provide all of our guests with an exceptionally clean and safe hotel experience, we reserve the right to enter your guest room for reasonable purposes, such as for housekeeping, maintenance, verify that the room, its furnishings, and mechanical equipment are intact, or to address or prevent a violation of our Hotel Policy/House Rules. Hotel staff will normally knock and announce themselves before entering your guestroom, unless we believe that exigent circumstances exist. Please contact Front Desk if you are a “Day Sleeper” or you are staying in the room due to illness. Management reserves the right to enter a room with a known status of “Do Not Disturb” in the event of an emergency, suspected illegal activity taking place, disturbing other guests, or damage being done to hotel property. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction. The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy/House Rule is broken. Law enforcement will be granted immediate access.

Some of our units and all of our residences have full kitchens available for our guests to use. The kitchens come equipped with necessary and specific equipment for proper a proper cooking environment. Guests are to only use the equipment that comes along with the kitchen unless approved by hotel in writing.

Our fireplaces are gas feed and can be used for our guests' enjoyment. Our fireplaces do heat the rooms and become hot to the touch. Don’t not under any circumstance place items on top of the fireplace, or touch the exterior of the fireplace when it is in operation/within one hour after the fireplace is turned off. As the parents, guardians, or chaperones of children you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended in guest rooms.

Woodstock Way Hotel reserves the right to take action against any guest or visitor found to have tampered or interfered with any detection equipment throughout the hotel, including detector heads in public areas, guest rooms, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests or visitors found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire-fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by the hotel due to their actions and will be evicted from the hotel. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, law enforcement may become involved at the hotel’s discretion. Should the fact that fire-fighting or detection equipment had been tampered with come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc.

You are liable for any damage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property, caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Woodstock Way Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details as presented at registration and charge the credit /debit card in such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem necessary to compensate or make good the cost or expenses incurred or suffered by Woodstock Way Hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting a specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a $250.00 maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

Woodstock Way Hotel was built with the consideration of individual privacy. The majority of our hotel rooms and residences have independently accessible entryways along with private outdoor areas. None of our buildings have interior common corridors or stairwells. Each buildings location has been designed to maximize our guests' solitude when visiting.

It is not allowed to move or to remove furniture. Not in the room, or between rooms. It is also not allowed to move or remove the decoration or electrical appliances, or use them for personal purposes other than for which they are intended. Our staff will put everything back in its original place, and possible damage will be charged on your credit card.

Woodstock Way focus has always been geared towards fast and efficient services through modern day technology. Contactless mobile technology is a service we already provide but we are happy to announce some enhancements we made to add more safety and convenience to our guests.

Several guest rooms have pull out sofas to accommodate additional guests. Please select the PULL OUT SOFA OPTION when booking your room and your sofa will be prepared as an additional bed. A fee of 50$ will be charged for use of the pull out sofa.

Woodstock Way can host up to 60 guests with a full property buyout.

We offer 26 unique guest rooms and suites, with select accommodations featuring multiple sleeping arrangements.

We do not host wedding ceremonies or receptions on the Woodstock Way hotel property.

We'd love to host your wedding or event guests, but we do not offer traditional room block agreements at Woodstock Way.

We have several flexible spaces – many with indoor and outdoor options - that can be configured creatively to host your group for up to 20 people. We do not have any formal or traditional meeting or conference rooms. Our outdoor waterfall patio and lawn can accommodate up to 60 people for welcome gatherings or al fresco meetings.

Our Waterfall Suite has a central gathering place with views of the waterfall.

There’s a flexible indoor / outdoor area for up to 20 people seated and up to 25 people standing.

Our Croft Residence has an indoor/outdoor central gathering space with an open kitchen and living room area that opens up to a large porch and lawn. This space can host up to 30 people when utilizing the outdoor area.

Our Cape Residence has an open kitchen and living room that is great for casual breakfast meetings or breakout groups for up to 20 attendees indoors with additional gathering space outdoors on the expansive lawn.

When hosting an event in a suite or residence, we charge the room rate plus a $500 event room fee.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout can be arranged based on availability for an additional fee.

Based on availability, we can extend your reservation from 9am to 3pm (prior to check-in) or from 3pm to 9pm (post check-out) for a fee of $500 during off peak or midweek dates. during peak or weekend dates, we’ll need to charge you for an additional room night.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an early or late checkout.

We can provide some additional seating and we can move furniture to better accommodate your group, but we do not offer traditional conference room setups. we can connect you with a local rental company for more extravagant setups utilizing the outdoors.

There are great options for group dinners at local restaurants, massages and spa treatments, private yoga classes or guided hiking excursions, wine tastings, ceramics workshops, and even private movie screenings.

Hotel quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please note that no amplified sound equipment is permitted for events without prior approval.

Yes, we welcome outside vendors for events. While we have a full list of preferred vendors, you are welcome to choose vendors that best suit your needs. All outside caterers and events must be authorized by our events team prior to booking.

Yes. We require a minimum 2 night stay for all group events and bookings.

The nearest train station to Woodstock Way is the Rhinecliff-Kingston Station, which is about a 30-minute drive away. Another option is the Poughkeepsie Metro North Station, approximately 45 minutes away, offering more frequent train services. Both stations are serviced by Amtrak, providing convenient access to and from New York City and other major destinations.

Yes. Parking is available onsite with each guest room. Additional public parking is available at the Municipal Parking Lot, Co Rd 33, Woodstock, NY 12498.

Absolutely! We welcome families with children in all guest rooms, with dogs welcome in designated rooms.

Yes, Woodstock Way offers an expansive bluestone patio with seating and bonfires overlooking the iconic Tannery Waterfall and manicured  lawn—perfect for welcome parties, breakout sessions and small gatherings. The Tannery Lobby also features a cozy common area and café, where residing guests can enjoy complimentary drinks and afternoon snacks.

While we do not offer breakfast, we do offer complimentary coffee, tea and espresso drinks in our Tannery Lobby.

The Croft, Cape, Craftsman and Two Bedroom Tannery Brook Suite all feature full kitchens.

We can provide a coffee and pastry setup for your group for a cost of $20 per person + service + tax. We also offer s’mores kits for your group for $10 per person + service + tax.

Since we don’t have a restaurant on-site, there are no added food & beverage minimums required when booking. Enjoy complete flexibility to curate your group’s dining experience at no additional food & beverage cost, whether exploring Woodstocks’s top restaurants, hiring a private chef, or bringing in catered meals for your group.

We are a small hotel without an onsite bar or restaurant. We do not cater meals or parties, but we can connect you with great options in the area to cater in your suite or for your event.

While we don’t have a restaurant on-site, our neighborhood is home to incredible dining options. We’re happy to provide recommendations or connect you with a local catering company to suit your group’s needs.
