All our River Residences can be combined to host groups of up to 20. With panoramic Hudson River views, master indoor/ outdoor kitchens, and jacuzzi hot tubs, The Family Compound is the perfect background for your next gathering. Together, The Family Compound offers nine King Bedroom Suites along with nine full bathrooms (with two additional half baths) and flexible gathering space for everyone both indoors and outdoors. Private chefs, catering packages, and water sports rentals are available through our concierge program.
